Therefore, the provider reserves the right to limit or completely stop access to the online store for a certain or indefinite period of time. 1. Registration and purchasing process

User registration is not required for purchasing. After viewing the products on the website, the user adds the desired product to the cart and clicks BUY NOW. In the following steps, the user must enter their personal information, select the place of delivery, and payment method. If desired, the user can also send the product to a different address (as a gift). We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the data or to whom the user sends the product. When the user selects the product and confirms the order by clicking on the FINISH PURCHASE button, the online store automatically generates and sends an email with the order details (products, prices, quantities, user data, etc.). The order is confirmed, and the products will be sent within the expected delivery time.

  1. Prices

All prices are in EUR (euros). The prices of our products include VAT as we are VAT payers.

Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity, except in the case of promotions when the validity of the offer is specifically indicated.

Despite exceptional efforts to provide the most current and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or if the price of the product changes during the order processing, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.

Purchase agreement between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the provider confirms the order. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. After placing the order, the user receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted or rejected.

A complaint can be submitted by e-mail to shop(at)couplingthegame.com or by mail to Opera Games d.o.o., Trg Svobode 20, 2390 Ravne na Koroškem, or in person at the provider’s address.

The provider will confirm that they have received the complaint within eight business days and inform the website user how long it will take to process it and keep them informed throughout the process.

The provider is aware that a significant feature of consumer disputes, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is their disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs involved in resolving the dispute itself.
